Howdy y'all, I'm currently trying to rehab my fathers old Stihl 011, everything on the saw is in good shape but it needs a new clutch/sprocket - I've called all the shops around me and they all claim this part is discontinued and they can't order it in anymore. They gave me the part number 1120 640 2000 - I haven't had much luck finding it online, only a used one on eBay for $50 (lol) I guess the main questions at this point are: \- Does anyone know where I could have luck locating this OEM ... safety instructions for all STIHL 038 series power saws. ... Anyone run a 038 super pro. Whats the difference from a 038 super pro and 038 AV super. Also what would be the price on a 038 super pro that has 10 to 20 hours 0f run time on it. Stihl 038 av parts diagram. I obtained two Stihl chainsaws on trade, fixed them and got them running. One is 028 AV Super in good condition, and other is 038 AV with some broken parts but still runs and cuts. I cut trees up to 15'' and fallen branches on the farm usually. I have too many chainsaws so one of those needs to go, which saw would you guys advise I resell/keep? Does anyone know what gauge wire the ground is for the 038? could you use sparkplug wire to ground it out? Stihl 038 Chainsaw (038) Parts Diagram, Clutch. Look at the diagram and find parts that fit a Stihl 038 Chainsaw, or refer to the list below. Does anyone know if the clutch assembly on an old Stihl 028 AV wood boss is the same as or is compatible with the clutch assembly on an old Stihl 038 ? They look the same in pictures and both have the same clutch shoes (1113 printed on them?) so would it make sense that the dimensions of the assembly's are the same and therefor clutch and sprocket for these saws are cross compatible???
