Using Toyota special tool 09249-63010 or equivalent, apply pressure counterclockwise and remove the hex wrench from the belt tensioner. Continue to turn the belt tensioner counterclockwise and place the back side of the belt on the tensioner pulley. Release the tensioner. Install the right front inner fender panel.
